Delete your Daive account
You can delete your account and all its data in the app, or by email even if the app is no longer on your phone.
In the app
- 1 Open Daive and tap the menu in the top right corner.
- 2 Choose "Profile".
- 3 Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted right away.
Without the app
Email us from the address your account is registered with (if you sign in with Google, from that Google address). We delete the account and all its data within 30 days and reply when it is done.

- Your account: email, sign-in details and profile answers
- All diary entries, transcriptions of voice notes and mood check-ins
- AI analyses and daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Your AI chat history
- Achievements and streaks
- The push notification token
Audio files themselves are deleted by the server earlier, right after transcription: only the text is kept.
What is kept
Purchase records are kept by Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat (the service that runs subscriptions) under their own policies. We cannot delete them.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it separately: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or your Apple ID settings on iPhone.
